Rewilding Romania is expanding its team and seeking an Administrative Assistant to support activities at Ultima Frontieră in the Popina–Periprava area of the Danube Delta.

If you would like to work close to nature while having a structured, office-based role, this position offers the right context within a continuously developing environment and an increasing workload. As an Administrative Assistant, you will work closely with the local Rewilding Romania team in the Danube Delta, with the General Manager of Ultima Frontieră, as well as with external partners.
What the role involves
You will provide daily administrative support, including managing documents and monitoring payments, maintaining employee records, and communicating with suppliers. The role includes both organising and archiving documents, as well as coordinating administrative processes to ensure operations run smoothly and on time.
Candidate profile
The ideal candidate should have solid PC skills and a good command of English, necessary for the efficient management of daily tasks. Strong communication and organisational skills are also important, as the role involves direct collaboration and ongoing support for the General Manager.
